CHILDREN LITURGY PROGRAM

Children- Liturgy Program

- Mission

To bring the Good News to the younger members of our community, in a safe and age-appropriate environment, as part of our 10 am family mass.

- Target-Group

Children aged 4 - 12.

- Format

Volunteer parents and helpers take children out to partake in a short lesson based on the readings of the day during 10 am mass.-The Presider blesses and dismisses them before the first Reading and they rejoin the congregation at the Offertory.

-Membership

Suitably trained adults are welcome to join as leaders and helpers of the program.-Children aged 4 -12 are invited forward at every mass during the academic year.-There are currently 10 adults involved in this ministry.
